So, who decides if the President’s actions are within the scope of his duties as president? The special counsel, jack Smith indicted former president Donald Trump for crimes he committed while in office, but the US. Supreme Court decided that they want to decide if the former president committed crimes. They do not want a jury to decide the question presented in the indictment. That would be too democratic, although the way it is done for every other American. They decide if the former president committed crimes instead of a jury of his peers. How absurd is that…………….?
