Obama said Putin reminded him of a Chicago Ward Boss. My father was a Chicago Ward Boss. Obama was a community organizer in Chicago; that’s why when he became President, he treated Putin like a respectable leader of a foreign country; if he came from my stock, he would have understood Putin as Joe Biden does.
